Louisville Orchestra Pays Tribute to John Williams
Louisville Orchestra conductor Bob Bernhardt "pays tribute to his dear friend in this evening of unparalleled film scores and recognizable tunes in celebration of John Williams' 75th birthday."
John Williams's music is kind of the soundtrack of our lives, at least for people of my generation and the one before me. The scores for Star Wars, Jaws, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Harry Potter, all touch emotional cores for me so this should be a brilliant show.
