Baxter Avenue Halloween Parade Tomorrow

It's time for Caufield's Annual Halloween Parade.

Participants will assemble on Baxter Avenue at Windsor Place, and proceed to march along Baxter to Lexington Road. Participants are encouraged to dress in costume, build gloats, march in groups with banners, etc. The parade is free but registration is requested.
