Musicians Emergency Resource Foundation Community Show

The 26th Annual Musicians Emergency Resource Foundation (MERF) Community Show (11-Eleven) is set for November 11, 2007 and will feature twenty-five plusbands and solo performers (75 musicians) on several stages at three Louisville nightclubs, Jim Porter’s Goodtime Emporium, Headliners Music Hall and Stevie Ray’s Blues and Rock Bar. The headlining performers will be Nashville A-list mandolinist Sam Bush plus vocalist and bassist John Cowan, both of whom were part of the groundbreaking bluegrass band Newgrass Revival. Other contributing acts include Greg Martin of the Kentucky Headhunters, Your Black Star, Greg Foresman, Tim Krekel, Teneia Sanders Band, The Joy Unfolding with Jamie Barnes, da Mudcats, River City Blues Band, Tyrone Cotton Band and more.
