Trick or Treat at the Governor's Mansion

Scoop up the kid from school, hit I64 and get thee to Frankfort for Trick or Treating at the governor's mansion.

No, they aren't giving particularly exciting candy out but I just think it'd be super cool to trick or treat at the governor's mansion. Giving out better candy at Halloween should be part of Steve Beshear's campaign platform. Maybe it already is. Does Page One have the scoop on that?
