I commented recently that I'm not very educated about bourbon or bourbon tasting. Perhaps a few bourbon flights at Park Place on Main would greatly improve my knowledge.

(Sorry, audience. My living room isn't that big. But Park Place is a good place to try. There's also a website called America's Native Spirit (http://www.americasnativespirit.com) that is a Beam brands effort that has some good information about the history of bourbon and how it's made, etc. (I work with Beam brands, FYI. There are other resources out there. This is one I know off the top of my head.)
