We're Number 8!

According to a Business First story "Louisville Metro has been rated the eighth-safest city among metropolitan areas with a population of more than 500,000."

I can dig being number 8. It's definitely cause for celebrating. But I'm distracted by wondering if the reason Texas has four of the ten safest cities is because everybody is packing down there and trying to mug somebody will get you shot. Maybe not. Maybe I'm just crazy for even suggesting such a notion.
