The number of very tasty sounding vegetarian dishes on that menu make me think lunch at Corbett's may happen even sooner than dinner at Corbett's.

Again, really happy about the number of vegetarian options including the wild mushroom risotto. I wish there was a vegetarian option for pumpkin risotto though. I love winter squash risottos.
