The best fine-dining value in town is the classic combination dinner that Morton's The Steakhouse is serving from now through March 31, 2008.
And what a dinner it is: Single-cut filet mignon, Morton's leanest and most tender cut of beef, served with béarnaise sauce and steamed fresh asparagus and a choice of an Australian lobster tail or two Alaskan king crab legs. Guests will also have their choice of Morton's signature salad (romaine and iceberg lettuce, served with blue cheese dressing, chopped egg and anchovies) or Caesar salad (romaine lettuce, served with Morton's own Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese and croutons).
