Big New Empty at Zephyr Gallery

| | Comments (0) | Art , Downtown
Zephyr Gallery is presenting a exhibit of new work by Louisville artist Letitia Quesenberry. The show opens February 15 and runs through March 29, 2008. There is an opening Artist Reception on Friday February 15, 2008 from 6-9PM.

Zephyr Gallery presents Big New Empty, an exhibition of new large-scale drawings/installation and video by Louisville artist Letitia Quesenberry. With this body of work, she continues the exploration of perception and unknown space, taking as a central theme the potentiality of emptiness. Her works, made from subtle layers of plaster on panel, "demonstrate a high degree of skill and extreme sensitivity to the use of her materials" according to Bruce Linn.
