Explore the Field at Iroquois Park

| | Comments (0) | Nature , Outdoors , Parks
With Spring having finally sprung it's time for you to get out and explore some of the great nature experiences our city offers. So I offer up for consideration Explore the Field at Iroquois Park this Saturday April 12, 2008 from 12:30PM-2:30PM.

Delve into the tall grasses on Summit Field atop Iroquois Park to learn more about the flora and fauna within this hill top prairie. Olmsted Parks Conservacy's Restoration Manager David Fothergill will lead the exploration. Easy to moderately-easy walk on trails. Tennis shoes or boots are recommended.

Space is limited so register early by calling Sarah Wolff at 502/432-2677 or e-mail Sarah at sarah.wolff@olmstedparks.org.
