The 48 Hour Film Project Screenings

| | Comments (0) | Film
Last weekend some crazy ambitious filmmakers spent 48 hours making a film.

Filmmaking teams from throughout the Louisville area successfully completed a weekend of filmmaking. Films were due on July 20, and the last few minutes before the deadline saw filmmakers, operating on little sleep and lots of adrenaline, rushing to get their films in on time.

All of the films that were submitted on Sunday night will screen Wednesday and Thursday, July 23 and 24. Come see what Kentucky filmmakers can do!
From what I can gather each film had to, in some way, contain the following elements:
Character: Kevin or Kristen Browning, Runner
Prop: a wrench
Line of Dialogue: "But what about global warming?
Kind of awesome elements don't you think?

The completed films will be screened tonight and tomorrow night at Village 8.

Wednesday and Thursday, July 23rd and 24th!
Each night at 7pm, 7:15pm, 9pm and 9:15pm!
Group A: July 23rd at 7pm & July 24th at 9:15pm
Group B: July 23rd at 9pm & July 24th at 7:15pm
Group C: July 23rd at 9:15pm & July 24th at 7pm
Group D: July 23rd at 7:15pm & July 24th at 9pm
